vesperae.author.educationBonsembiante Baduarius studied at the University of Paris, where he read the Sentences in 1358-1359, alongside John of Calore and Ludovicus of Padua, who were his socii. A letter from Avignon, dated 6 April 1363, urges the university to licence him and offer him the magisterium, which suggests his inception took place later in 1363.
vesperae.work.notesHis vesperies are extant in ms. Città del Vaticano, Vat. Lat. 981, ff. 71v-74v.
