Vesperae
Vesperae database is a repository tool which aims to collect and gather historical information, textual proofs, doctrinal theses, biographical traces of authors that performed principia before reading on the Sentences of Peter Lombard in the Medieval universities all across Europe.

| vesperae.author.education | Francis of Belluno studied theology at Paris, where he was appointed to read the Sentences in the academic year 1343-1344. He was already sacre theologie magistrum in 1346, as he was being sent by his order to lecture in the Bologna convent. According to these dates, he must have incepted between 1345 and 1346. |
